Courtesy Cars - If you need a car during the day we'll be happy to provide one for you. All you have to do is request it when you book your service (you must be covered on your own insurance policy and this is a popular service so is subject to availability).
Collection & Delivery Service - If you don't need your car during the day, and if you live within 10 miles of the service centre, we can send someone to pick up your car and deliver it back afterwards.
Waiting Facilities – While-you-wait servicing - you'll find plenty of amenities to keep you occupied including a television and daily newspapers, a play area for younger children and a telephone/fax point. Tea and coffee are available.
Service by Appointment – You can request a ‘service appointment’ time when you book to keep your waiting time at a minimum. This service is only available as a ‘while-you-wait’ option.
